- Most of the FC Barcelona 2021/22 away shirt is plain purple, while there is a blue and red stripe on each side, just as was already expected earlier. This is similar to the 2017-18 away kit.
- These stripes feature the phrase “Tots units fem for?a” (United we are strong) from the club anthem. The original, masculine version of this phrase is included in the stripe on one side, while the other boasts the female version.
